Habiba Samir
Habiba holds a BA in Psychology from the American University in Cairo and an MSc in Psychological Therapies from Queen Mary University of London.
Over the past seven years, she has trained in both hospital and private settings, gaining broad and well-rounded clinical experience. Her training in leading institutions such as Kasr El Maadi, The Behman, and Kasr El Einy hospitals exposed her to a range of complex mental health conditions. She has also worked as a school counsellor, supporting children and adolescents facing different emotional and behavioural challenges.
Habiba supports individuals dealing with low self-worth, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), schema therapy, and insight-oriented methods, tailored to each person’s unique needs.
She is passionate about helping people work through intense emotions like sadness, shame, guilt, fear, and anxiety. A core part of her work involves helping each person understand their emotions—not just as painful experiences to endure, but as meaningful signals that guide self-understanding, growth, and healing.
Habiba provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space where people can explore their struggles and strengths and develop tools for meaningful change.
